PRIVACY NOTICE

According to article 13 of the EU Regulation No. 679/2016, Capanna Group S.r.l. is the “data controller” of all personal information that is collected and used.

1. PURPOSE

Data collected will be treated in accordance with fairness principle and with the law, for the fulfilment of Capanna Group S.r.l. corporate purpose.
The same data may be used for customer satisfaction surveys as well as to enquire on specific needs of customers.
The aforementioned data may be used for direct marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending you newsletters, special offers or promotions, and contacting you about our products or services, or information we think may interest you.
Legal basis for processing may be performance of a contractual obligation or your consent.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Processing of personal data may be through electronic as well as paper file, which can be stored in paper or electronic databases.

  • the details of the Controller, of the Controller’s representative and of any Processor appointed;

  • to have certain personal information about you erased or rendered anonymous, there including the personal data that are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • that any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing is communicated by the Controller to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data:

  • for any legitimate reason, even if data were processed according to the specific purpose they had been gathered for;
  • when the processing is due to marketing/advertising/commercial purpose.

Provision of data is optional, but if you do not consent, Capanna Group S.r.l.. nor its representative or processors, could process data for the purposes under article 1 above.
